The Enterprise Edition of the UX Fundamentals course gives you a full year of access to all the course materials so your entire team can learn. This short course provides an introduction to user experience.

If you design a product that people interact with, then you are designing a user experience. If you want your product to be easy to use, engaging, what people expect, and meet the goals of the organization, then you want to make sure you design an optimal user experience. In this course you will learn the basic principles and processes of a good user experience, and what a user experience professional should know and be able to do.

You will learn:

  • What does it mean to design the user experience (UX)?
  • Principles of user experience design
  • What makes for a good UX process, and the different types of processes there are
  • Different UX roles, what they do
  • The skills and knowledge that a user experience professional needs
  • The obstacles to creating a great user experience and how to overcome them

This is an Enterprise Edition Course. This course includes videos, quizzes, exercises, discussion questions, student summaries, a study guide, and a facilitator's guide. The assumption is that you have a facilitator that takes the participants through the course as a group. The course is organized into 2 sessions. Each session consists of a 12-20 minute video plus all of the student and facilitator materials.
